Minister of National Defence by decision No 14/MOD 31 January 2012 introduced reconnaissance pennants Wielkopolska NCO School.

Description of the commander's pennant

.

The commander’s reconnaissance pennant is a triangular piece of fabric, smooth and dark blue on both sides.  A yellow strip is located in the centre of pennat.

The colour of the pennant – dark blue and yellow – as traditional colours, are connected with heritage of tradition regiment’s NCO schools: 14 Wielkopolska Infantry Division and Wielkopolska NCO school of name brigadier general Franciszek Seweryn Wład in Poznań (2004-2010). It is decision number 212/ MOD of  Minister of National Defence.

On the basis of the above decision, the colours were taken over from disbanded 14 Wielkopolska Infantry Division and Wielkopolska NCO school of name brigadier general Franciszek Seweryn Wład in Poznań by the NCO School:

-         memorial badge and pennant on the beret introduced by decision no 48/MOD Minister of National Defence of 12 February 2010

-         reconnaissance badge introduced by decision no 117/MOD/PSSS of Minister of National Defence from 27th April 2010

The crest of the Wielkopolska province was placed on the pennant. The crest symbolizes the position of the NCO Schools on Wielkopolska area now and in the past.

Reconnaissance pennat of Commander of NCO school  was placed on the jackstaff. On the top of jackstaff there is a bolthead in shape of the cone, at the bottom was placed a cone made from silver.
